Noa Glezer - Founder & Executive Director
Noa Glezer is a recent graduate of the Abraham Joshua Heschel School in New York, currently on a gap year program, and attending Harvard University next fall. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the ADIR Teen Consulting Group as well as the founder of the Moving Traditions Teen Advisory Board. In her senior and junior years, Noa was an intern in the Bergen County Court Civil Division and worked as a litigation clerk on an abortion rights case in Florida. Noa was a Kol Koleinu Fellow in 21-22 and returned as a Teen Cohort Leader in 22-23. She was a captain of her school’s 2023 NYS champion Mock Trial team as well as the president of her Model UN team and Israel club. She was the founder and captain of her school’s girl varsity soccer team, played varsity hockey, served as a student ambassador, and was a member of the Heschel Harmonizers. She also served on student government on the Charity and Justice Counsel for 4 years. Finally, Noa is a graduate of the NYU High School Law institute as well as the Brown Socially Responsible Leadership Program.

Hallel Abrams Gerber - Director of Client Services & Founding Member
Hallel Abrams Gerber (she/her) is a first year at Brown University and a recent graduate of the Bronx High School of Science. She works for four on-campus publications, helps create picture books through Fiction for Kids, and mobilizes for youth engagement in democracy through Brown Votes. She has also had her work published on the jGirls+, Jewish Women’s Archive, The Science Survey, and Project Here Now websites. Additionally, she serves as a student advisor for Alongside and an editor for Life Letters. In all of her work, she strives to improve quality of life and build intentional, collaborative spaces.

Emily Levine - Director of Finance & Founding Member
Emily Levine (she/her) is a first year at the University of Chicago and a recent graduate from Scarsdale High School. She just finished her second year of Kol Koleinu Fellowship through Moving Traditions. She is the Director of Communications on the Moving Traditions Teen Advisory Board. Additionally, she was co-president of her high school’s Jewish Culture Club, an officer of the debate team, and a four-year varsity softball player. Emily has attended religious school and participated actively at Westchester Reform Temple for many years.

Rachel Penzner - Director of Organizational Culture and Development & Staff Consultant
Rachel Penzner (she/her) is a senior at Chapel Hill High School in North Carolina. She is the president of the Jewish Student Union at her school, and is President of the Be Loud! Sophie club. She recently served as the Director of Operations of the Moving Traditions Teen Advisory Board where she organized an event on Antisemitism in the post October 7th world. Rachel was a Kol Koleinu Teen Feminist Fellow in 22-23, and returned as a teen leader in 23-24. Rachel is also a graduate of the School For Ethics and Global Leadership in Washington DC. She attends Kehillah Synagogue and can be found on the softball field in her spare time.

Julia Karsner - Financial Researcher and Operations Coordinator & Staff Consultant
Julia Karsner is a senior at Castilleja School in Palo Alto, California. She is currently in her second year of the Kol Koleinu Fellowship through Moving Traditions as a teen leader, and she has served on the Moving Traditions Teen Advisory Voard. She is the leader of her school's Jewish Student Association, co-leader of her school's Green Team, and co-founder and co-leader of her school's National History Day Program. She is passionate about the intersection of history, technology, and policy and loves conducting historical research and documentary-making. She has worked as a legislative intern for the California District 13 senate office and as a student legislative researcher on Congresswoman Anna Eshoo's student advisory board, both focusing on emissions abatement technology legislation and its public perception. In her school community, she also serves on the student government, is a peer advisor, and is on the design team of the student body opportunity database. She is a varsity tennis and lacrosse player and attends Congregation Beth Jacob.

Nadine Katz - Staff Consultant
Nadine Katz is from Larchmont, New York. Nadine is a sophomore studying at The George Washington University, pursuing a degree in International Affairs at The Elliott School of International Affairs. Due to having been actively engaged with organizations such as NFTY and Moving Traditions during her teenage years, Nadine has had the great privilege of serving on the present 2023-2024 NFTY North American Leadership Team, with specializing in communication and social media platforms. And she also serves as a team member at ADIR Consulting Group, where she is concentrating on reviewing the current NFTY fellowship curriculum. Nadine is also currently on GW’s Jewish Student Association Board as the Director of Communication.

Naomi Jeske - Staff Consultant
Naomi Jeske is a junior in Scarsdale. She attends Edgemont High School where she sings in the vocal jazz group, contributes to various service clubs, and is a peer leader. Outside of school she assistant teaches and participates in writing workshops, serves as president of her BBYO chapter, and volunteers at a nursing home. Her hobbies include cooking, exercising, and reading. She’s excited for her second year with ADIR and looks forward to continuing to make an impact on Jewish programming!

Ami Gelman - Staff Consultant
Ami Gelman (he/him) is a Junior at Denver Academy of Torah. He serves as the writing group director for the Jewish Youth Climate Movement, a Begin Scholar for the Tikvah Fund, and a member of his varsity boys basketball team. Ami teaches at a local Hebrew school, is a youth group leader at his synagogue, and is an intern at SAME Cafe. He is also a student tour docent at the Golda Meir House Museum and a member of his school’s Model UN team. Ami likes to hike, read, keep up with the news, and write.
